NEWS & UPDATES
July 1 - Boy ! Friggin' summer is disappearing and all it does is rain. We've been pretty lucky that race days are generally spared, but the gardens and stuff are too wet. Added to, and updated the format of an old page called Contrasts. It was an early one, and the layout was horrendous. It's a good before and after page for those who still reminisce about Catamount Stadium. I also have put up the next blog - Weekly Blog [ha ha] July 1, 2015 - on Bob Harrison, a CVRA driver. Sorry about the lack of blogs lately. In the summer, the honey do list expands exponentionally and the days get away from me. I have added a few photos to the Chet The Jet Doaner page, too. Photos of this forner Devil's Bowl track champion and Fairmont Rookie of the Year are scarce.
July 3 - I got the inspiration to do a page on some of the most dangerous racing ever done. It's called Those Perilous Roadsters [and they were].
July 12
- I hopefully got through the latest
struggle with the damned program I use to make web pages. I expect we now have

I also have finally completed the page on Don
MacTavish, inspired by Paul Mascitti's lending me the MacTavish book.
July 14 - I added a ton of photos to the New York Coupes page, and will add more later. I also upgraded the setup.
July 15 - I happened to look at the Catamount History page. Good God ! I haven't worked on that since the Roosevelt administration apparently. It had an email address I don't even remember. I spiffed it up a bit and fixed some dead links. Some of the pages that link off from it may get attention too. I won't announce them all.
July 26 - In between painting the house and trying to get to a fewraces in betrween rainy sessions, I happened to look at the Area Auto Racing paper and noticed that Lew Boyd had been given the first ever Andy Fusco Media Award. Nobody deserves it more. Congrats Lewie ! Andy was a lovely man and a good friend, He got me into the hall fo fame in Weedsport.
