Aug 12 - This might be the latest have ever updated from one month to another. It's going to be like this for a while, as I just keep getting things thrown in my path. I have to acknowledge two more losses to the Vermontracing community: Ed "Peanut" Foley and Randy Chapin, a crew chief who probably more deserved Foley's nickname. Foley had a HOF - type career, beginning around 1961; and Chapibn, a very small man, was crew chief to Joe Myers and then a number of prominent teams later on I rooted for Foley; I knew Randy.
