Dick Fowler	The Vermont team of Royce Tucker arrives with a new Sportsman	The first well-known Tucker car, the 7VT driven by Dutch Reed and Jackie Peterson.	An early field waits to go out. Standing on the car 13 with his back to us is Bill Wimble. That's Wally Russell's 13.
